|Recommended: YesWeblind Place was taken over by a new company in 2022. Not too much changed. We lost an amazing maintenance man. But since he was here my first year, I was able to get everything fixed.
We got a new manager, Lena. She's real cool and no matter what she is there for you. One thing I always like is that no matter how bad of a day she is having, she always smiles and says come on in. I personally don't know how she does what she does.
The clubhouse and pool are fabulous. You can have an awesome party for kids or a vool party for adults. I was happy to see that finally open all that.. The landscaping is beautiful, and always kept up. There are stores all around you, the interstate is 5 mintes always, and Town Center and The Outlets are 5 minutes down the street. So yeah, I say give it a trying.

|Recommended: YesI moved here almost two years ago. Weblin is under new management now since 2 1 2022, I think that's the date anyway.
When I moved in, it was a horrible apartment. The old company really helped me with every single work order but I put so much sweat and tears into the place myself. Rey was the maintenance man at the time and I do miss him. But he fixed everything before the old owners left.
As far as the new owners, I haven't had a problem that couldn't be resolved. Lena is super cool. She must be half robot because I can't even imagine the work she does while working with all the tenants. She's definitely an asset to the company. The pool and club house are beautiful. You could hold th
some real nice for parties. It has been very hard with economy changing and everything going up. I would say absolutely give them a try. The one bedrooms are really nice, and spacious. And it looks like you have a choice between an older model or renovated one.
